By creating an account or using the ZYPHV platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Eraversa Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”).
ZYPHV is an AI-powered intelligence platform that uses multi-agent systems to generate competitive intelligence, due diligence, and commercial real estate analysis reports. The Service operates on a credit-based usage model where users purchase or receive credits to run intelligence reports.
This platform uses artificial intelligence, including large language models from third-party providers (Anthropic, xAI, OpenAI, Google), to generate intelligence reports. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, hallucinations, outdated information, or omissions. All outputs should be independently verified before making business decisions. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the EU AI Act Article 50, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, and applicable state transparency requirements.

AI-generated intelligence may contain errors, hallucinations, outdated information, or incomplete analysis. We make no guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use all outputs at your own risk.
You retain ownership of all files you upload. The platform processes your files solely for the purpose of generating intelligence reports. Files are stored per-tenant in isolated database schemas. You can delete files at any time; deleted files are permanently removed within 30 days.
We do NOT use your uploaded documents, reports, or personal data to train AI models. Your data is used solely to generate intelligence outputs for your account. Third-party AI providers process your queries under their respective API terms, which include zero-retention or limited-retention policies for API usage.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing users. Free credits granted at signup are promotional and may be adjusted for new accounts. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, attempting to extract AI training data, reselling outputs without permission, or automated scraping beyond API terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The platform, its agent architectures, and proprietary prompts are the intellectual property of Eraversa Inc. You own your uploaded content and the outputs generated from your account. You grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eraversa Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eraversa Inc. against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on AI-generated outputs, or your violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may delete your account through account settings. On termination, you may export your data before deletion. We retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
